Realme C51 Review

Do you want to buy Realme C51? But if you are still confused now or want to know details about Realme C51, We discuss it elaborately here.

Collected From: OFFICIAL TRAILER

Realme C51 Design

Even though the Realme C51 is a cheap smartphone, it looks great. I have a cellphone that is black, but you can also get one that is bright green.

The phone’s body is made of plastic, but the back panel has two different textures: shiny and matte. It looks nice and feels good in my hand. But since you’re going to be using a plastic case to protect it, you won’t be thinking about this.

I already said that the phone comes with a case to protect it. The case is simple and cheap, but it’s nice that it comes with the phone. Also, it covers the cameras that stick out.

The Realme C51 is a thin and light smartphone. The weight is 186 grams, and the body is 7.99 mm thick. The phone is 167.2 mm long and 76.7 mm wide.

The smartphone is easy to hold with one hand overall. The screen is too big to use with one hand, though.

I was shocked to see a 3.5mm headphone jack. That app hasn’t been on phones in a long time, and I don’t think anyone needs it. Talk about the 3.5mm headphone jacks below if you still use them.

On the bottom, there is a speaker and a USB Type-C port.

The fingerprint reader is built into the side power button, so we didn’t see it on the back. The fingerprint reader does its job quickly enough.

On the other side of the phone is where the SIM card and memory card slot are. There is room for two SIM cards and a microSD card in the spot at the same time. That’s great.

That looks like the end of it all. Know this: The Realme C51 is a cheap phone that looks great. Do you agree?

Realme C51 Display

  • HD+ IPS LCD Panel, 6.74″
  • Touch Screen with 560 nits of brightness and 16.7M colors, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate.

Getting to the screen, it’s fine. It’s not as bright and punchy as I’d like, but it’s good enough for me. Having the borders is normal after a while. The 90Hz frame rate on this phone makes scrolling feel smooth and easy.

I didn’t notice any stuttering, but the picture quality is really bad. It seems like the pictures on social media aren’t very good, but they really are. The pictures don’t have much clarity and look washed out. One thing that surprised me was the phone’s haptic input, which I think is pretty cool.

Realme C51 Performance

That’s right, the Realme C51 has the Realme UI T user interface and runs on Android 13. The Unisoc Tiger T612 processor, which is built on a 12nm process, moves things along inside. The processor has eight cores: two Cortex-A75 cores running at 1.8 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores also running at 1.8 GHz. This gives it a good enough speed for everyday tasks.

There are 64GB of storage on the device, and it comes with 4GB of RAM. There is also a dedicated microSDXC card slot for expandable storage, which makes it easy for users to add more room.

In terms of graphics, the Mali-G57 GPU makes sure that simple gaming and media playback are smooth. The Realme C51 is a useful and affordable choice for people who need a reliable smartphone for daily tasks.

Realme C51 Camera

  • On the back, there is a 50 MP main camera and an unknown depth sensor.
  • The 5 MP camera is on the front.

There’s nothing great about the Realme C51’s camera. The photo app is simple and pretty good. One thing about it, though, really caught my eye: the aperture slider, which is great for taking portraits.

Daytime

The pictures taken during the day are pretty good, with enough clarity and a warmer tone. Even when HDR is turned on, the phone has to work hard, and the images might not be good enough. There are also times when the pictures are a bit too processed. But that doesn’t always happen. It works pretty well most of the time.

Portrait

Remember how I told you earlier that I was having trouble with this phone? In fact, this is where the phone has trouble. It takes a long time to prepare portraits. Also, this phone’s edge recognition isn’t very good.

Night shots

The night pictures aren’t very clear and have a grainy look to them. It’s not fair to expect a good night shot from a cheap phone, so I’ll pass. The “Night Mode” on the Realme C51 makes taking pictures a little slower than usual but the results are brighter than with a normal shot.

Selfies

They look good at first glance, but when you zoom in, you’ll see that there aren’t many features. When you take portraits, the details get even worse. The Realme C51’s edge recognition is still as bad as it was on the back camera.

Last but not least, the back camera can record movies at 1080p@30fps. The front camera can only record in 720p at 30 frames per second. There is nothing out of the ordinary about the movie quality.

Realme C51 Battery & Charging

  • Battery: 5,000 mAh cell.
  • Charging: 33W SUPERVOOC charging.

When it comes to the Realme C51’s battery and charging, it has a 5,000 mAh battery and can be charged in an amazing 33W. Most phones in this price range don’t even offer 18W charging; you’ll probably get a normal 10W adapter instead. For the price, it makes sense that the phone will have the fastest charging speed.

The Realme C53 faster charges at 18W and can fully charge the battery in 53 minutes. The Realme C51, on the other hand, can fully charge the battery in 28 minutes at 33W, according to Realme Bangladesh. It will take less than an hour to fully charge the phone, which is great. The Realme C51’s low-end 720p display and light Realme UI T Edition may make the 5,000 mAh battery work well. Depending on how you use it, you can expect up to two days of battery life.

Realme C51 Software

When it comes to software, the phone has Android 13 and the Realme UI T Edition overlay.

The Russian apps were the most troublesome part of the program for me because my phone is in Russian. If you also have the Russian version, you should get rid of all the apps as soon as possible because they are bad and not safe.

For the same reason, you should get rid of App Market. If you want to get new apps, you should use the Google Play Store.

The user interface looks good after you get rid of all the Russian junk software.

Also, Realme only has the app Realme Community. It looks a lot like regular Android.

Even though my main phone is an iPhone, I don’t use Android phones very often. The Realme C51’s settings page looks just like stock Android, though.

Realme C51 Hardware

Now let’s talk about the Hardware.

There is an “About” menu on the phone that tells us that the processor has eight cores. It has no name.

The main website also doesn’t say what kind of processor it is. With 12nm process technology, we can only see a powerful eight-core chipset.

But we have an app called AIDA64 that is very helpful. The Realme C51 smartphone has a Unisoc Tiger T612 engine, which we can see here.

My phone has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space built in. As I already said, there is a spot that is just for a microSD card.

The Realme C51 also has dynamic RAM. Scroll down to About Phone and tap on RAM. It is possible to add more RAM. You can use some of your available file space to add more RAM when you need to.

I want to find out if it really makes the smartphone work better.

Games & Gaming Performance

Let’s play some games now. On my new Realme phone, I’ve already put PUBG Mobile, Asphalt 9, Call of Duty Mobile, and Genshin Impact.

The PUBG Mobile images are even, and the frame rate is high.

It’s pretty easy to play PUBG Mobile on the Realme C51, even though the images aren’t great.

Aside from that, Asphalt 9 and Call of Duty work fine.

The Genshin Impact also has bad graphics—you can see the pixels—but I didn’t notice any lags or slowdowns. The game works well.

I said that the smartphone doesn’t do well on benchmark tests, but it’s fine for games. The Realme C51 lets you play any game, like PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty, Genshin Impact, and more.

Realme C51: Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Good Performance
  • Good Battery
  • Fast Charging

Cons

  • Limited camera capabilities for low-light photography
  • Lower resolution in display

Is It Worth Your Money?

Yes, the Realme c51 smartphone is a great choice for people on a budget because it has a big battery, a bigger screen, and the ability to charge quickly. We know it has some problems too, but given how much the phone costs, that’s a fair trade-off.

We can say that it will work well enough for everyday tasks like calling, chatting, and reading. It can’t help much with games since the Chipset it uses isn’t very good. That being said, you can test it out on simple games like Hill Climbing that don’t require a lot of graphics power.

We’re giving the Realme C51 a 5/3.5 rating all around. In short, it was made for people who like big batteries and don’t want to play games on their phones. You can find out more about the C51 on Realme’s website. Our review of the Realme C51 is now over. If you’re still not sure, leave a comment below, and we’ll answer your question. Enjoy your day!
